1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Each item undergoes:

  • Final quality inspection

  • Authentication verification

  • Secure packaging preparation

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Authentication & Certificate (COA)

All items sold on our website are guaranteed authentic.

Each handbag:

  • Is carefully inspected by our professional authentication team

  • Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) when applicable

  • May include brand original packaging or accessories if stated in the product description

We do not sell replicas or counterfeit products under any circumstances.


3. Shipping Methods

We use internationally recognized carriers for secure delivery, including:

  • DHL Express

  • FedEx International Priority

  • UPS

  • EMS (for select regions)

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 6–12 business days

  • Europe: 6–12 business days

  • Asia: 4–8 business days

4. Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation

For high-value luxury items:

  • Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery

  • Shipping insurance may be included for eligible items

Risk of loss and title for items pass to the buyer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” with signature confirmation, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages thereafter.


5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or local fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

We are not liable for:

  • Delivery delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Returned packages caused by incomplete information

If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of packaging and item

  • Include your order number

We will initiate a claim with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue.

For packages lost in transit, we will coordinate directly with the shipping provider to investigate.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Refuse shipment to high-risk destinations

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud

  • Decline shipment to P.O. Boxes for high-value items
